I was kindly sent out a couple of bunches by the British Asparagus group today, so I chose to make this recipe, primarily because I had feta in the refrigerator and believed it would be a great concept. Ends up, it was. A quick note about the preserved lemon you do not always need to purchase it particularly for this dish if you don't believe you'll use it in anything else (because only a really little quantity is required), BUT if you do take place to have some in the refrigerator, then I extremely advise it as I think it works amazingly with the feta.
