Ends up, it was. A quick note about the maintained lemon you don't necessarily need to purchase it specifically for this recipe if you don't believe you'll use it in anything else (because only a very small quantity is needed), BUT if you do occur to have some in the fridge, then I extremely suggest it as I think it works remarkably with the feta.
